(CP-FS) with over 15 years of food safety training experience, my students learn not only the "book knowledge" needed to pass the examination, but also the practical application methods to put that knowledge to work back on the job.
My teaching credentials for Food Safety Leadership instruction include:
"Food Safety Essentials" is designed for students who have completed an online or classroom Food Safety training course and are preparing to take a nationally accredited (ANSI) examination, such as ServSafe or National Registry.
The review course consists of 8 lessons that contain the need-to-know fundamentals of food safety commonly found on the national examination.
Lessons contain short videos, slide presentations, quizzes and notes you can review as you prepare for the exam.
For students who would like some extra help preparing for the exam, I offer a "Course and Coach" option that includes a 30 minute live "study call".
